only chance that would have happened this year was if we pushed the truck to be outside of SEMA...which i think we're passing on that this year...too much that would need to be done to get it to where i'd want it to be...

We can do it. It would be sort of crashing SEMA and I am not certain how long our trucks will stay there but it could happen once. :D

    didn't have to buy them....

Gramps has a whole stack of those things since replaces them on his walkers with tennis balls.

The bigger ones work great to keep FOD out of female air QD fittings.

Bob, you have any good camp spots near Creede, preferably down river closer to South Fork? We are headed down there to float the river this weekend and are looking for something that is fairly close to the river, and Subaru friendly. I was looking at the two spots below, the first one should be Suby friendly if there isn't snow up there, the second may not be public, or Suby accessible.

you can always head over to stony pass at the rio grande headwater area...by the reservoir, so you can see the beginning of the river you'll be floating down :D

    37.739428, -107.320473

like maybe this area, 37.726232, -107.245223

    or 37.722836, -107.282668

    or further down, 37.759421, -107.343014

    and here, 37.765518, -107.382422

but that first one you had looked good...maybe up on a cliff? off the beaten path too...

Sweet, I'll let you know what we come up with. Yeah, the first is basically above wagon wheel gap, on the top of the cliff on the lefft.

so another fun mod that i found out this weekend...

the seized rotopax locking mechanism mod...super fun!

i do not suggest keeping the lock in the rotopax handle all the time...apparently they don't like being subjected to hundreds off miles off road and a couple winters....

so a CBI single jerry can holder is on its way and just ordered up a few "NATO" cans for my truck and the FJC.

so much fun :woot: ....... not really :(
