    2012 trd access cab sport 4.0 motor 5spd auto 4x4. & 2012 trd access cab off road 4.0 motor 5spd auto 4x4.

    TRD sport has a hood scoop, painted mirrors/door handles/bumpers and grill.

    Off road has Atrac and a rear locker but black mirrors/handles/chrome bumpers and grill

    but in all seriouness.

    Shocks are the same.

    TRD Offroad has progressive front coils vs linear of the Sport

    TRD off road has rear locker, sport does not
    TRD has atrac, downhill assist, sport does not
    TRD has the much better electric boosted master cylinder/abs unit, vs the antiquated vacuum assist and separate abs unit.

    the ONLY reason to get a sport is to get the double cab long bed config... otherwise get the TRD OR.
