    Hell yea thanks man

Thanks brutha, for sure coulda been worse. And it would have happened on a dirt road at a much higher rate of speed in the middle of no where. Definitely lucked out big time, and I didn't really have to time to reflect on it since we left for camping hours after I got the newer ones back on

Pretty sure i'm subbd but I had to stop by cuz the rig is lookn badddd rigged up man!

I've had similar issues with the expos... I dont think age has as much to do with it as we think.

That failure you had is one of the main reasons I went to new beef lowers!!

Also, :jellydance: of those clickdified ADS coilovers! If an when my shafts start pitting on my kings i'll be moving away from the bro-blue to ads

Thanks man! Yea I just have a lot of things I wanted to do and goin full SUA was way out of budget at the moment, but getting new expos would feel like a step backwards. I suppose I could get a Frankenstein mod done to em to gain more lift in the mean time....Andrew where you at?!:D

Haha "clickdified" nice I like it! Do it man! ADS makes some superb quality shocks! If I could get a second job, Id be in there shop everyday

Yea, SUA and reworking the shock location again is too much work/$ for me and currently the Pelfrey kit is performing awesome. I may try Dakar's with the extra leaf when these are totally clapped out. Roughly the same leafpack thickness so my bumps should still bump me out at the right time. Plus the expos have never flexed well for me :notsure: They are limiting my droop by a bunch. If you can spring it a DMZ kit would be bitchn on you rig!

I've been checking out a few builds that utilize the pelfreybilt shock hoop and paired with shackle flip kits they flex like crazy! Still need to do more research....and now save for LCAs and new Tires.................

I really can't thank Andrew enough for all the hard work put into this tiregate! It performed flawlessly out on our Turkey Creek Campout last weekend:cool: It took me a week to recover from that tip! Still need to repaint everything, but here's the updated pics

New Y-Bar installed and swingout action
    [IMG]
    Side Shot
    [IMG]

As you can see it needs to be touched up, but from the bottom of the gate under the tire, you can see there are 2 mounting points/studs for the Y-Bar to screw into. The other mount point is for when the tire is inside the bed/opposite direction from where it's shown
    [IMG]

Only thing that may be necessary is to add some sport of spacer for the top heim joint. The tabs were welded wider than than the bottom ones to allow the gate to swing through them when the tire is flipped and mounted inside the bed. Also need to cut down the pins and find some orange plastic dip :D

Here's some more pics of the RTT Lighting Andrew hooked up for me! Absolutely love the output from these little LED bars from Amazon!

First off is this little box he made entirely from scratch! Drilled the holes for the switches (Ambers of course;)) and wires coming out of it, then worked some magic inside.
From that box, 1 wire goes along the tent to the center. Then the wire is ziptied to the center pole for the interior LED bar
    [IMG]
    Let there be LIGHT!

Zooming out shows the wire that is drilled through the bottom and silicone for the Ladder/Annex LED
    [IMG]
    And a pic from below
    [IMG]
    MOAR Light!

Going back inside the RTT, this is a 12V accessory outlet that I originally bought from amazon. Again Andrew worked magic, so the red 12V power cord that extends from my blue sea 12v sockets in my bed is wired directly into it. This keeps both accessory outlets free :) It also has the original power wire running over to the first box with the switches, transferring the power once the main red wire is plugged in!
Heres the main red 12V power wire running to the outside and into my bed sockets

Hell yea! Andrew is pretty genius, I saw the setup in his RTT and had to have it  Only difference with mine was he modified the 12V accessory box into the tent as well. Now I can plug in my 12V vacuum and clean up the interior, at night, while charging my phone, and keeping warm inside my 12v electric blanket haha:D
