Orange is a tough color. I had one i liked, then I tired to have the powdercoater match it and I didn't like it. I painted those washers with rattle can and thought they looked good, then when I saw them along side the powdercoated parts I hated the color of the washers and started leaning towards my powdercoat color.

Did you rattle can bolts and washers? Just noticed the bolts are black. Looks great regardless. Really like that orange.

Sadly I won't be able to make Rock Therapy this year - too much work.

However, I believe young Brett will be there with his extended cab if he were to take measurements :) I'd drill some holes in my roof for this.

Yes, just get a piece of cardboard and punch a bunch of holes in it with a screwdriver. stick the bolts in so they are elevated just slightly and spray away. The washers I just set on a flat surface and tried to do light coats with little over spray so they didn't stick to the cardboard.

I have a version done for the extra cab that I will be installing on cohbstaco's truck here in utah as soon as I can get a free moment. The double cab version for the first gen is still in the works.

If you're open to making another extended cab rack, I'd love to rock one on my truck.

Rad. I'd be happy to source the 80/20 parts and do the cutting/tapping/etc. myself, I've got a couple of sources for 80/20.

i'm sure this has been asked many times but for the rack do you have the rubbing molding on the roof or can you keep them on?

also i cant find any close up photos of how the rack is mounted, can you provide some?

47" wide by 7" tall max. The bottom edge is curved so it varies between 5-7". Thickness is 1/8"

47" wide rack so 4 bikes shouldn't be a problem if you do two forward facing and 2 rear facing. I imagine you could fit more if you really made it tight.
