Winnipeg is about a 7hr drive from Minneapolis.

Unfortunately this only gets ya to the Minnesota-Manitoba border

The Jets are going to have their AHL team playing in Winterpeg next season. They will share the same facilities

 

I know Vancouver also has party buses down to Anaheim/LA all the time.

 

Ontario is getting a AHL team

 

Anaheim just got their AHL team moved from Virginia (2,500 miles) to San Diego (95 miles)

There is a charter plane for the LA / Anaheim / SJ 3 game road trip

 

Are the swapping the AHL and ECHL LA teams?

 

Yea. Manchester is getting a echl team and Ontario is getting AHL. I would be pissed if i was Manchester fan, they are getting shitter hockey.

 

It will be better for SoCal hockey. Reign were a great team and the CBB is a great venue for the game. Can't wait to go to a couple AHL games.

I like the idea of being able to go see the teams prospects play, have tickets be readily available...and for a relatively cheap price. It will be interesting to see how it works
