    shit's so overpriced on the southside though..... gah. Figure that won't be changing anytime soon so hopefully if and when I sell it will still be that way!

    We thought it was FHA approved which gives my fiancé a lower rate with a HUD 184 thingamajig. I don know terms lol, I know numbers.

    Piece of advice. Do not buy anything that isn't VA/FHA/AHFC approved. Even if you don't need that type of financing it hurts resale

    You probably already know but you can't make reservations at the musky so you either have to be there right when they open or not till 7. Anywhere in between there and you usually just end up waiting haha

    It's most likely still full of snow. Although with how little they've gotten it might not be. But in normal snow years you can't even get to the trailhead before May haha

    Or you could go to that pull off right after the train station at Potters Marsh and hike up that. It goes a way up and has a few really nice views of the inlet/Turnagain Arm.
