I recently purchased a 2002 tacoma trd off road. Its my first tacoma and I must say I love the truck. I begin tested all of the buttons tonight as I rode in the rain. When i pushed the rr diff lock button the light on the dash light up as did the abs light, but when I pushed to turn it off, the lights will not . When I push it, I can hear it locking on and off but cant get the lights to remove. Has anyone experienced this problem or have any ideas. Thanks.

First of all do not engage it on pavement unless you are going slow and its necessary that you need it. Second, you should only engage it at about 5mph or less.
