    Thanks bud!
The new one ended up being a full on plate bumper
So far I can say im not a plate bumper fan but.... its growing on me, slowly. I think once I get the stinger bent and everything welded up with my 7" lights back up front ill end up liking it. I made it super tight to the body because I hate plate bumpers that stick way out

Still have to cap it, drill holes for lights and bend the stinger and finish welding the wings together.. I worked on it a little in between other bumpers I was building for some local guys

    WP_20150105_08_46_12_Pro_zps55e5183b_ff2717e5850b3ec1fe14cbd39df5a3e952ba870e.jpg

And order a new grill :D

I did and once I started I changed my mind but I am growing to it.. I plan to make another that isn't so wide across the middle and will do a hybrid version

Nice, I agree. I do like the closeness to the body for bumpers.

I saw a couple of pages back you were going to bob the bed. Still happening?

    Eh its getting there haha

I finally found a shop so ive been catching up on orders as of lately as well as working my day job. I work 7 days a week 20-24 hours a day

I will get to it soon enough though. Got a truck in now that's getting the bob treatment, bumper mods to accommodate the bob, 3 way bedrack, taco box, tub for 35's modified driveshafts, the works haha then another guy bringing me a DIY bumper to weld up and wire up winch and a bunch of other lights.. and the last big thing I have going is another SAS for a local guy if he ever decides on a truck he wants.. so needless to say once my bumper is done im not sure when ill get around to working on my junk.

Do have a trip planned this weekend to the local ORV Park and have to fix my driver hub and get a set of sliders built for a buddy that ill be installing at the park  Should be fun

Well Ive been testing lightbars and well the pics speak for themselves

This is my headlights on low beam (TRS Mini D2S 55w 6k)

    WP_20150406_21_45_08_Pro_zpsvllimwjj_5a8c7a44c7ac4456ba8c6f2b7348f62a185f86a1.jpg

& Headlights with my 37" single row light bar from AVEC.

    WP_20150406_21_45_24_Pro_zpsg6v97ffi_d31ed8df70901b680a8d83d2a4906c6576813664.jpg

    New light bar ONLY!

    WP_20150406_21_48_15_Pro_zpsiwpo02gg_3009402918dd8f40e9be920ecaa3fa73a1dbb0c4.jpg

FYI the power poles are roughly 75-100 yrds away.

    Distance test..

Again Headlights and my 37" lightbar from avec

    WP_20150406_21_59_14_Pro_zpsdv0omo3i_426ae90196770c39533050f69ad0b89a12a2f515.jpg

    WP_20150406_22_00_27_Pro_zps14acj4og_00e9232176793d00522a971c60288db290651ff4.jpg

Power poles in last pic are roughly 2/10 a mile from standing location according to my trip gauge.

Oh and the kicker.. all this from a 27" lightbar.. its safe to say ive found a single bar that can perform as well as my headlights, spot pods, lightbar on the roof and hid converted hellas in one package!

The new bar is a 27". Its actually a buddies I ordered for him. I've got a 43" that's the same bar just larger coming for mine. Can only.imagine how bad it will make my old setup look

My old setup is my headlights and a 37" single row from avec.

Its a BajaDesign clone. I'm still testimony them and making sure longevity week be decent. Like any bad I expect to have to p pen then up and reseal them. I have clones of their stealth series bars which use 5w led's and their regular onyx bars which use 10w lefs. They're badass! I'm not usually impressed with led's but these so far are great! If testing goes well and the few of us who got some test lights are happy after a couple months I may start setting up groupbuys to help people get quality lights without paying outrageous prices

Well started making mounts for the new 40" Baja clone bar but may not end up using it.. kinda like my single row slim bars.

As for the build I haven't gotten much done.

Installed the URD short throw shifter today, its pretty nice.

Bought a kayak a couple weekends ago and well my time has gone to that lately...

Plus the truck has bent leaf springs on 3 corners so I not dumping more money into it other than 63's with my marjoints I bought at some point and in that time im looking for a D60 or ill get a fab'd housing and build one from there and link it to get rid of leafs up front.

Those kayaks are awesome. I borrowed my buddies jackson a couple weeks ago and took it out. So much more fun than my flat bottom

unfortunatly that kayak got stolen.. ended up with an Ocean Kayak BGII.

Only new additions to the truck is the supercharger.
Sold the bedrack, softopper and RTT.. currently just waiting to bob my bed and find some 63's for the rear and figure something out up front for leafs
