first deer with a bow

    well, here it is..my first deer bowhunting ever:D

    beautiful 8 point, with a sticker off the inside horn(not sure what its called) which would make it a 9

    was about 645 when I saw this guy ALONG way off, and of course all my stuff was on the ground, but I was still in the tree. SO, pulled the bow back up and nocked an arrow and waited. He looked up at me, and kept going to the clearing..He stepped out and left me with a perfect 24 yard shot broadside..took about an hour to find him since there was no blood trail only a few drops about 50 yards out then me and my dad found him layin on the ground(rocky mountain broadheads suck)

    dressed, guessing he weighs about 100lbs at least..The check station was closed tonight when we got there, so i gotta go first thing in the am.
