Yeah I have LCE long tube on mine. I don't know if the tubes stick out or drop lower compared to Doug. I'll take measurements and call Trail Hear before I order anything.

No need to take measurements, just call them and tell them your engine and what header you have and they will tell you if it will work or not. They wont ask for measurements.

I have those Trail Gear motor mounts ready to throw on to Martha. I have the 3RZ 4cycl so hopefully no issues.

What tranny mounts are you guys using? All custom fab or off the shelf options?

yea was odd i thought i seriously barely got them in. had to jack the motor all the way up as high as i could go and they barely fit. took way too long to install.

4xinovations makes a nice mount for the r150. You have the w59 though and i don't know of an off the shelf on for that.

    god i want some..someday perhaps.

So strange, that fixture that is in the pictures I posted... I knew I needed the motor to stay in the stock location so I pulled the factory '04 mounts out of his truck and built that thing as a jig to hold my points and then made my own mounts using it. I had a spare brand new one too on hand that I double checked in the fixture, I know it was built to fit a "good" factory mount. When I wasn't happy and eventually switched to the TG ones I simply installed them and the headers hit. That's when I pulled them back out and dropped them into the fixture and could see the difference. Cut off the TG tabs and fabbed up my own to make up the difference and never looked back.

Either way, the TG ones seem really good, just beware that your motor may stay in the stock location, it may move up, or it may move down... LOL Either way, once it's bolted in place it won't go anywhere! If it does, it probably wasn't those mounts that failed, it was probably the frame horn or that factory sheet metal bracket that bolts right to the block. That's the one that failed on us. Honestly though I think the bolts came loose and allowed the motor to start bouncing a bit and that caused our failure. I plated up another set, reinstalled it all, safety wired everything and haven't looked back since.

I'm wondering if maybe you put the mounts in upside down or something?
The center bolt is offset to the elongated bolt holes.
but hey, if it works it works, i had to go through hell to get mine in.
    bent frame is no fun.

Yeah i did the same thing, tried them the other way and it made it worse. That's how i figured out i had a bent frame.
That's also how i figured out that certain engines with certain headers dont work, because i called them to make sure i had the right ones.. Haha.
