I know this is been ask about a hundred times. But I'm looking to lift my truck up about 2'-2.5' I already have billies 5100 in all corners. but not sure what coils to get either 884 or 885..... I don't want to put spacers. just trying to go up a lil bit with out messing up any uca, balljoint, or ride. I know what ever I do the ride will get stiffer, but that fine. And also looking to get a new leaf pack that will match my lift in the front. Any suggestion? I also got bora 1.5 spacer shitting in my garage for like 8 month. will like to use them. Maybe post some pic so I can get a idea where I'm going?

Yeah man, get the 885's with the DC. Great ride. Try the wheelers progressive AAL. I'd say Dakars but seems like you don't want 3" of lift.

I don't mind 3inch but what will I do in the front to get that at 3'. Are aal add on to the stocks or are a complete pack?

    Yes sir
887's will give you 3 inches up front, same spring rate as 884's and 885's, just longer. Dakars give you like 2.75 inches in the rear and are a complete spring pack. AAL's usually give around 2 inches and they're just a leaf you add onto your current leaf pack.

However, you'll probably want an aftermarket UCA like SPC's Light Racing UCA's so you can get better caster and camber and improve your steering/tire wear.

You know 5100 can lift your truck even with stock springs and no spacers?

Yea, I would recommend doing it right the first time, take your time and save up or whatever but you won't regret doing it right the first time.

As for the 887's, set your billies to 0. You don't need to buy OME shocks unless you want to, billies are just fine and you'll save around $350 that way.

Dakars go for around $400 in total and will be a bit stiffer in the back. They work excellent for towing as well. If you want to only spend like $100 and get an AAL that'll work just fine too. Your stock rake has the rear slightly higher anyways so going 887's and an AAL in the rear will make for a solid look.

UCA's will be around $350-$400 if you go with the LR UCA's, very popular for guys on a bit a budget because they're a solid product and give you the results you're looking for, I'm installing mine this week or next along with 887's and OME shocks all around. You can choose a better quality UCA but it'll cost more obviously. Camburg are around the $600 range and Total Chaos are around the $900 range depending on where you choose to buy from.

Check out wheelersoffroad.com for what you're looking for, they've got solid prices and Dan and Marie are unbelievably nice.

Wheelers: Also, check out this thread for LR UCA questions that have been answered and what numbers guys are getting.

    LR UCA's: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/su...earance-driving-report-light-racing-ucas.html

Feel free to ask any other questions :D

Sweet, should work out really well. Again, if you're mechanically inclined, do the install yourself. It'll cost you $20 for some beer and your time, but knowing how your truck works doesn't hurt.

If you decide to stay at 2" the 884s are great with the 5100. Rides wonderful. Wheelers 1.5" progressive AAL is a good match for the back. Whatever you decide you will want a 1/4" spacer for the driver side to correct taco lean.

Remember how much a 1/4 inch actually is, it's not that noticeable in my opinion as well as you said you ordered 887's so don't worry about any lean right now. If you do have some lean and can't stand it, you can order the trim packer. But again, like I said, a 1/4 inch is not much lean, just depends on if you get it and can't stand it, not everyone gets the taco lean.

Ok Ok, maybe I should have said you "might" want a spacer for lean correction. If lean doesn't bother you, then there is no reason to use it. My truck leaned enough to be noticable without it and drove me nuts. With the spacer it is not noticable. Good luck.
