Just wanted to share my latest project and post some pictures. I had a set of Duallys and hood hinge brackets sitting in my garage for the past year and finally got around to installing them. Was thinking of adding some color to the front of the truck so I wanted your opinion on painting the grill emblem and the Dually lens frame red to match the Wet Okoles on my seats.

Here's the wiring under the hood:

The Duallys mounted on the hood hinge brackets:

    And the switch:

Here is the "new look" with the Avid Front Bumper Guard. So what ya think?

:jellydance: I got some hood brackets somewhere as well.. Just need to decide what to put on.. I may order another set of DOT rigids as the bottom cutoff would help with any glare on my hood.. But, when off-road I would be angling them out about 45 degrees for a wide light..

Maybe try for June? I'm going to try and take leave around my birthday on the 26th which would free me up for that weekend. I'm always game for a camping trip regardless though. It's just hoping it lands on a weekend that I'm off.

Dana...it's not in person, but you can check my thread and see a comparison btwn the Dually and the DOT I just put in. The DOT's are really nice and you can use them as a daily drive light. Not the oncoming blinding glare you'd have with the Duallys... Nice wide beam though..:D I just mounted the Duallys on the roof rack in a 45 degree angle for when that time comes...

What the hell...here's the pic for ya...:p

One Dually...One DOT... Quite the difference

    20150403_164617_zpsiou1gfd2_156277d154ebb9bd88df626bde3e80470a689eae.jpg

    DOT's in place... Bright...but subtle...

Rack mounted Dually (45 Degree) lights

Thanks man. I seen that picture of yours but that's the reason I want to see them in person. I can't really tell by looking at a picture. Maybe I can take a look at yours one of these days.
