    There's a decent amount of people that run them in the rocks. NWitaco was LT on 37s before he sas'd and if you've seen his build you know he wheels the piss out of it

    I got a welder to teach myself to weld yes. You have the knowledge to fabricate things. Welding isn't going to help me come up with the idea.

    Yes. You're wrong. :D SA with 3 or 4 link is best for rock crawling because of the amount of travel you can achieve while maintaining a low and level base. LT is best for go fast because you want your suspension to be independent for going over un-smooth terrain. It helps keep the body of your truck level and the suspension independently move up and down. But both can be used for both things. Have you ever seen the King of Hammers races? It's extreme of both worlds and likewise there are both LT and SA vehicles that run it. Yes SA is better for rock crawling but LT with 14" of suspension travel and tuned for slow speed will do very well

    Welding class is going to teach me to make better welds. We will see how good I am so far this afternoon when I go pick up the x Ray results from Appalachian fab.

    one thing i hate about the class is they tell us what we are going to weld, we don’t get to pick at all.

    I’m still on stick welding and fucking hate it, also over head(what it sounds like welding over my head) is kinda a bitch in it self. I just want to start mig welding and try tig.
