Not sure about the shim, but nice looking rig. Going to be ordering just about the same kit for my access cab. Going with 90000 instead of the 90021. Hopefully mine will settle to 3" as well.

Did you install the OME carrier bearing drop? I'd try that before a shim, but dakars should also come with a shim I thought

Yeah I did a cb drop. The vibrations are super small so I'm thinking a shim and I'm OK, just not sure what angle.

So I installed mine like 2 weeks ago and ended up with 2" of taco lean! Did I do something wrong here? I have the 886 coils up front on a full OME kit. Any way to fix that much taco lean?

Yeah, I'd call OME or whereever you bought the kit because usually the dakars do come with the proper shim. That small of a vibe though is kind of a normal thing with these trucks though...I have the same thing and just ignore it...rarely ever feel it

That sounds really bad. Maybe the orientation of the coil on the shock is not correct? Maybe one spring was off slightly? Pictures may be needed

I made sure both coils were lined up properly when I assembled the coilovers, also I made sure to screw down the top hat the same amount on the strut

I am installinf the trim packer this weekend but that should only fix like a half inch of it

The 140s are being phased out so maybe they didn't have them anymore and shipped you the 90000s instead (they still should have informed you though). I'd take the 90000s over them anyway but that's just me.

I wouldn't worry about the - - on the leafs, the difference is pretty negligible when it comes down to it. The +, 0, - is there to let you know how to arraign them in the event you do get a mismatching set. Install the trim packer to combat the taco lean and you should be good to go.

Okay, seems you covered all the things I can think of. Trim packer should make it level..but only when there's a little bit of lean...

Take pics of the assemblies if you can, including the whole thing, from bottom cup to top hat

Well there is most of your problem...

Edit: and what +, 0, - sign did your springs have on them and how did you orientate them based on that?

Like I said though, won't the trim packer only fix like half an inch or so?

2" of lean is huge. Is this at the front only? Check your left over front coils. Are they both the same height? (ie by accident did you reinstall an old coil?) Check part#s on the coils/leafs themselves. Perhaps shipped a wrong coil/spring?

Double checked everything, I have the right coils on and right struts, everything is what it should be.

The whole truck looks like its leaning, ESPECIALLY from the rear you can see it. it looks like its mostly the front of the truck dipping down. Any chance I got a defective strut up front? This weekend when I have the truck apart to put the spacer in Im going to try swapping the coilover assemblies to opposite sides and see what happens.
