Ehh. I enjoy it. I pretty much buttoned everything up tonight. Just have to finish screwing in the subs (what kind of jackalopes doesn't send screws with their subs) so for tonight I just found two screw apiece to put in. I tried out the system and it freaking slams.

Well I guess it didn't happen because
    1. I am not getting out of bed
    2. My 2 week old niece is sleeping in the room by where my truck is parked.
    3. It's not tuned at all so it isn't hitting as hard as it should.

When everything is set up right I'll let the system hit hard and video it for yall too see. I can't wait until the subs get broke in and become even louder

Those subs look great. I need to build a better box for my 12. I blew out on of the seams, so now it sounds like crap when it really starts to hit.

Lights work. Secured connections and realized the light stalk has to be turned to parking lights to activate. I was just running the DTRL setting. So, this means the green wire is only for parking lights. Can I tap another hot wire to have the LEDs on without the parking light setting (which dims the dash lights)?

Sorry for the nubie question but how do you tune a sub? Are there controls on it?

Ya. Basically you adjust the gain (input sensitivity) to a certain number. You check the number with a multimeter. And try to get it perfect then just go from there with what sounds good.

I like wires better . It's reliable. They always act the same way

Or you could get a digital amp that has everything on the interface :)

i've got an Alpine digital in the jeep. Has a display and can set gain, your filters, etc. from the push of a button or remote (IR, not wired).

So I get to add to my pile of junk in the garage to install.... got a shipping notification for my BAMF sliders. Except it's the 100% bolt-on without drilling option, and is as strong as the bolts will be (not just steps). I have access to high strength (higher than the provided "high strenght" provided) bolts/nuts for free in my shop :)

You could always give me some stuff to install if you get tired of the pile
