    Snokels are mostly for dust not water and there will be lots of dust cuz there is no water

    They work good for dust if you use a pre-filter. Not saying they don't work for that. But I haven't seen that many desert racers use snorkels they do things like MJ. Or cold air intakes.

    Good to know but I imagine there is less dust up there then in my wheel well.

    Still working out details on my end mike, but I bet we'll be rolling out of Morgan Hill by 12:30 PM latest. Our route takes us through Livermore if I remember correctly. Check the directions from where you are and see if that is a good spot to meet.
