I have made purchase from him,100 % satisfied. If u were not satisfied dispute it.But to threaten to contact his employer is a bit over the top.He is a firefighter (risks life on a daily basis) and your going to notify his employer over some tacoma badges.A bit of an overreaction.Just my .02cents.

If that's what it takes to get his attention so be it. He's a public servant and to advertise that apart of his profile and deal with business like this puts a bad image on his department, let alone his profession. You'd think someone who bears any uniform would have some sense of integrity. Call it what you like. I call it responsibility.

Did anyone ever buy the coil overs ? And maybe receive them yet. He hasn't been on since 3-31 and I am getting no response anywhere from him. Might think I donated 300 bucks to his retirement fund, it sure isn't looking good . Anybody know him maybe from down in the Brooklyn area ? Hate to drive 4 hours to look him up and find out what's going on. I paid for it on the 16th. of last month, but haven't heard a word from him since the 27th. when he said it was boxed up and would ship it the 28th. Thanks.

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
I am a buyer as well and shot him a text this morning. Overcome with other events he hasn't been able to mail everything yet but it is boxed up. I don't know him anymore than anyone else on here, but overall this is a pretty good group. I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt and stand by. He is a patron on these boards just like myself and i have yet to see better customer service from some "vendors" on here. Don't shoot the messenger, just trying to spread what i know.

Thank you for the update, that helps a bunch. He seemed like an alright guy, and I wasn't too worried, just curious if anything happened to him. He was keeping in touch good and then just disappeared. Glad to hear all is well, I am sure he will get it out when things slow down for him. Thank you again for the update.

Bro, it sucks that he sold you something that wasn't up to your standards and now isn't making it right. But threatening to go to his boss is just plain fucked up. His personal business, including legal transactions, don't need to be brought up at his place of business. And, honestly, I don't know what kind of legal ramifications could befall you if you do (defamation of character, etc.). Just file a paypal dispute, don't do business with him again and leave it at that. Puffing your chest and talking the way you are makes you look like a scumbag, not him.

Threats are a turn off. If you want to raise hell, raise hell. Otherwise the grandstanding is a bad look.

You're absolutely right. It may be a little too overboard; I just want this guy to refund my money. It just sickens me this guy is a public servant shorting myself and a few others and still working under a code of ethics and public trust.

I am also FDNY. Guys over at FJNortheasters.org can vouch for me, I had a built FJ before the Taco. Anyway, I don't know Obiwan and am disappointed he misled me as well but there are A-holes everywhere. He should make it right by you, no doubt. I dont believe involving the dept will net you any results nor is it the right thing to do. I will personally try to contact him to make things right, because I am FDNY and I value the TW community as 99% of us do.

Risk life on daily basis lol. If he's a firefighter then He should have the integrity to do the right thing.

Meh, there are shit bags everywhere. These days as long as you can pass the physical portion of stuff and have no felonies and a clean record you can pretty much get in anywhere. And that applies to the military and public servants as well
