If I did get one of these, that chrome grill would go straight in the trash. First company to do tasteful black inserts should do pretty well.

Any chance those wheels are 17" like the current TRD Sport?
If so, I want to buy someones take-offs.

Doubt it. It would lead to more dirt in the engine and no benefit to the intake.

The irony is that it could work decently as a heat extractor if it were facing the opposite direction.

Refreshed front end and bed design but the cab is lookin the same(Toyota). That Chevy Colorado rear bumper looks like a quick last minute design.Seen a few in person and doesn't look correct and the bumper area may wear out quicker than the plastic area that is a step into the bed of the truck. The cab rear window is so small too.Don't even know how you could adjust your rear view mirror in the Colorado to see out.We all know auto manufactures work with each other over the years to keep the auto industry strong and going to make a choice in what we prefer but Toyota let's continue to dominate with the Tacoma with the soon to be 3rd generation!

What? You think 5 stars are a new design from GM? You can all the way back to the 80's and find similar looking wheels. Personally I think a 5 star rim on 6 lugs vehicle looks stupid. That's why I got rid of my OEM sport wheels.

    Not sure if serious

What mods would you presumably not be able to do on this truck versus a 2nd Gen ?

I'm not an expert and I sure don't know what goes into designing an aftermarket bumper... But that front end looks like it would have to be hacked to pieces in order to fit a high clearance bumper on there. I'm sure someone will figure out a way, but it doesn't look like it will be easy.

In my opinion, that front end would've looked so much better if the grill didn't extend down past the bottom of the headlights.

And I agree, ditch all that chrome in the insert!

They never give us the short bed in Canada, that's the 6 foot

Edit - the dealers here also can't sell them if they are not 4x4 - my local dealer has 2 2014 prerunners they would practically give you.

Is it just me or does that butt ugly chrome grill look way to big proportion wise for the size of the truck? Definitely one of those love or hate front ends....glad I bought my 15 as I don't like the looks of this thing at all.

How does such a gawd-awful looking grille actually end up making it into production?
