so here is what im thinking if money is tight only replace the rear tires cuz drive tires. you can buy new ones for the front when you get back. I will personally assist you on hells if you want to do it. and there are tricks to make your truck perform better in the rocks.

Are there set days to do these trails? I hope if I do make it I wont be too late to the party. I've considered just doing the rear tires, but I'm also bumping up to true 35/12.50r17s. I know its not a huge difference from the 315/70s but it's not something I wanna run for 9 hours to and back from Moab. My bday is on the 31st as well so im trying to convince my dad to buy my other 2 tires :p

dude a crown vic did it. he will be fine but I would throw some weight in the back just for the extra traction, like my 5 gallon water jug.

that would be sweet if you could get some tires for the Bday. There will be set days for stuff but different groups will be running different trails all week long. tward the end of the week I will be on some of the nastier stuff but during the week it will be a crap shoot. normally we figure out what trail we are doing and the next day and then either put it on the board or we have enough people drinking beer at camp that we just make plans with them.

I wouldn't worry about what trails you are going to run I would just worry about getting your ass down there. I don't know about the other camps but I will have my grill there again so tail gate parties at night will happen

I think Tower Arch would be a good warm up, plus when you get past the rocks the sand dunes and berms are so much fun! You also get to be inside Arches National Park. If it comes up, I'd like to do that one first to kinda warm up my dad to it, He's never really done any sort of crawling before.
Haha last time I was there I saw that crown vic doing Hells!!
