I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
I start mine let it run for a few seconds to let the oil pressure get up and maybe up to a minute when it's cold out then drive it slowly till it warms up.

Just test drove a 4th gen v8 T4R. Looks like an old person vehicle but that could be changed

I might go test drive a 2014 Tundra Limited. Wish I could just borrow it for the day instead of a quick drive followed by sales pressure.

They are nice. I've looked and I could afford it. But I like to pay cash for vehicles and I definitely don't have $38k cash laying around

I usually take one off night out of 7 on weights. Bench press/leg lift/french curls, then barbell shrug/barbell curl, then leg curl/bent over row. Hammer curl/dumbell raise. Then flies with my resistance band.

Cardio I just hit the treadmill for 2 miles or so. Power walk speed, my knees suck so no running.

Cannot wait to use my mountain bike and BMX bikes.

Shrug. I take Sundays off completely because I'm lazy, haha!

Really I'm just maintaining at this point. When I was trying to strength train I was lifting 7 days a week, but my working out is more intended just to keep my strength up and my weight down. I sit at a desk for 50+ hours a week and don't feel like rounding out.

I am thinking in the next 3 months I will be looking at new tires for all kinds of reasons. I currently have 285/70/17 ST MAXXs now. They have 6/32 left on them. I want to move down to 265/70/17s. The 3 I am looking at now are discovery AT3 , Duratrac, Michelin M/S2
Cheapest price I have found installed so far are $660 for the At3, $840 for Duratrac, $920 for M/S2.

I loved my old m/s2. But am considering the other 2 because of the massive amount of $$ flying out of the door for the upcoming wedding.

Anyone have pro or cons for the others?

I was 250 pounds last April. Got serious about my health in June and started hitting it hard. Down between 185-190 now, I am more into lifting versus cardio but I do enjoy both. I'm a desk jockey as well, plus I've never really been in good shape.

Pugga and Sloth did those and/or Mudder I believe..

    Nice.

Getting ready for the "Boston" Super coming up in June. You doing that one?

I did 2 Sprints last year, and thought those were brutal, so it should be interesting to see how I feel after this next one.

Not yet, but I did a Tough Mudder a couple years back. That one was 10 or 11 miles up and down Mount Snow. I want to do the similar length Spartan sometime soon.

The Super is 8+ miles, will probably be about 10. That's at the end of June in Barre Ma.

Nice. I did a super up in by last year, a few sprints and did a the tough murder up at gunstock 2 years ago. Not sure what I'll do this year. I've been pretty lax in my workout routine since my daughter was born
