    I've surfed Refugio a couple times and last time I was there camping I caught a couple with the LB. I brought my LB this trip but ended up catchy a couple on my SUP. Checked campus point but it was blown out and super high tide. I actually prefer to SUP around Refugio over surfing. The water is super clear and tons of stuff to check out in the water.

    Makin me want to do the same. First time I surfed c st was on my way back from port hueneme pier in 1998. Checked it and it was like 5-6ft and perfect, only 5 guys out. Super memorable session. Then went up and surfed Rincon with 200 buddies :eek:

    Haha I've surfed c street on some all time swells :thumbsup: I used to live in Ventura county. I'm not bringing the board. I live in SD now and can surf when I want so lugging my LB up to HV, sitting it at camp (worrying about someone jacking it or running it over) not worth it. I'm coming up north on Sun so I may be surfing Santa Cruz but not sure on the day yet. Prob won't bring my board though because then I'll be stuck with it at HV.

    No worries. My wife is hoping for my quick return. If she saw me leaving w a surfboard... Not so good.

    One of the best things I ever got are steel core locking straps. I have em in the truck if you bring your board for sc later. We can lock up your board at camp!!
