Got my truck today. Seems someone decided to back into a pole while it was out of my possession. Put me in line for a GSM plate rear!

Aight. I think Im gonna go 1.75, I dont want the front to be stupid high and the truck sits decently level so I dont want to ruin that too much.

 

How much did you cut off your truck to be stock height and fit those 35's?

 

Not sure of any measurements, and is .85 for 5100's stock, there is one setting lower which I think is stock. but I trimmed a good amount, similar to Levi's cab mount.

Got the TC UCA's installed today but wasnt able to get to the 1.75 adjustment. Ill let ya know how much of a difference that makes though.

 

Your eibach's are probably too long for the 1.75 setting. You might need longer/stiffer coils.... or just get top plate spacers if you don't already have them.

I dont have any spacers in (nor will I ever!) haha. Ive heard some others running them at 1.75 with the same springs so we'll see how they do; the springs are also 3 years old, maybe theyve shrunken a little lol

 

They are probably sagging. And when I say spacers, I mean 1/4" or 3/8" top plate spacers.... nothing big. The 1/4" will get you about 3/8" of lift and yhe 3/8" will get you about 1/2" of lift. (in black voice) ya know what i mean breh?

Thanks to Adam for helping me, er... I mean I helped him, put in my Radflo coilovers yesterday. One big snag but got past it & they are in. Got it aligned and it is "in spec" but they wouldn't try to reach those magic Tacoma numbers we hear about. Right now it's a little bro but hopefully it will settle. If not I'll crank them down a tad.
