    Molded the beef around a beer can, removed beer can, stuffed with portebello mushrooms, green peppers, Colby cheese, stubs bbq sauce, and seasoned. Wrapped them in bacon and they are currently cooking at 278 degrees might bump it to 300 to finish. But I would imagine they will be on for 1.5 hours at least.

    The truck rides great. Had to add the block after the coilovers were installed. with almost 0 preload they lifted the front another 2 to 3 inches over what the spindles provided.
