Yes.. I did build a mall crawler :turtleride:

Now with that out of the way.. I'm not even close to being done with my truck. And I call her Keisha (came from the song Freek-A-Leek by Petey Pablo).

I'm 21 and everything that has been done to the truck was done by myself. I didn't use momma/daddy money. I tried not to copy anyone else's style either because I like to do things that no one else has done.

Here's what I started with: (Ol Plain Jane) [IMG]

Then I moved up to 275/65/20 Toyo AT 2 and Rockstar 2s with a 3" toytech.. also dipped the grill and and under the headlights: [IMG]

Wasn't really happy with the AT2s.. wanted to go more aggressive. So I sold the setup 6 months later for the same price I bought them haha and went back to stocks and 33x12.5x17 Nitto Mud Grapplers. (had to install 1.25" wheel spacers to fit the tires): [IMG] :oldglory:

Just when I thought I'd give the truck a break.. I came across a brand new 6" Pro Comp lift for 1000 bucks on craigslist. How can you pass that up?
So what did I do? I bought it. And with saving $800 I figured why not buy 5100s as well? So what did I do.. I bought those too.

Everyone I asked wanted 600-700 to install. And that was "cutting me a break." Figured I'd just try my hand at installing it on my own. Shocks were a bit scary to work with.. but got it all on and still riding smooth 3 months later. Originally went with 35x12.5x20 Mud Graps on 20" XD Hoss rims..

BUT with the amount of clearance I had.. It's like she was asking me to put on 37s. Every thread on here was saying there was absolutely NO WAY you'd ever get 37s on the truck without cutting and tubbing.. and all this other BS. Sooooo.. I sold my 35s anyways and went with 37x13.5x22 Toyo M/T and purchased some Fuel full blown wheels too. Threw those bad boys on and now they call her Keisha Bad. hahaha

I feel like I'm too far into it now just to leave her be.
So here's a list of whats To Come:
    Retrofits
    Center Console Subwoofer
    Black Seat Covers
    Double Din Radio
    Lightbar in Grill
    ARB Bumper
    Eibach Coils
    4.88 gears
    Custom Headliner

And thats about all I can think of for now..
Again, just to remind the haters THIS IS A MALL CRAWLER and I have absolutely no problem with it being called that. Hope to gain some respect (in the words of Brian O'Connor "to some people that's more important"). And glad to finally be a part of TW!

Let me see what I can find.. I know I don't have any of it close up (like just the spacer on the wheels) but I will search for some and post.

    3 inch ready lift
your exactly the guy I am looking for. I have a 3 inch lift and want to mount 33x12.5r17 mud grapps on my trd sport rims like you had. I heard a lot of bad things about a 12.5 tire on a 7.5 wide rim. How did it go for you and did you rub or have to trim after you installed the spacers? Thanks in advance.
