How did you guys remove the rivits that hold the stop bump stops to the frame? Trie drilling which wouldnt work for the bottom ones and a cut off wheel didnt work either. Any ideas?

What do i do if they just wont come out? I cut off one part of the bracket so that it's just the rivit and the frame, used a air hammer didnt work, used the bit and a fairly big hammer, not moved it, put a hole through it, nothing. What am i supposed to do now??

To cut the notch you have to remove the factory bumpstops in the rear. Well mine are riveted the the frame, which wont push out. Even hitting the rivet directly with a sledge hammer it dosnt move

oh i see i didnt do the notch because here in hawaii they wont allow it. which sucks!!! i want mine slammed but without the notch its kinda impracticle. i reccomend getting after market springs that are stiff like somthing the xii performance sells. the front wont bottom out so easily with those

I drilled the side rivets out and left the ones in on the bottom. Just ground them flat. I had to drill the side ones out. I ground them flat and still couldn't punch them out with both a hammer and chisel and air chisel.

The easiest way to remove the rivets is to use a cutoff wheel and cut an X into the head. Then use a chisel in an airhammer to break the pieces off. Then a punch in the air hammer to push the shaft out. If it is still hard to move you can use a torch to heat them up before punching them through.

They will come out, hit the gym for a month and then grow stronger so you can punch them out lol. Nah but seriously its tough but they will come out. I ground then dowb then used a short sledge and a cold chisel punch, the blue ones. It took a toj of sweat f words and muscle. Air hammer would be helpful like someone said, but i didnt have one

Mine came out no problem just cut the heads off then use the air hammer with either a pointed tip or a small enough punch and they popped right out
