Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
Perhaps instead of changing your block just toss in a new o ring with it to be replaced by the end user during installation?

We can do that, but we will be happy to supply a new Oring for the sensor of the customers that have already purchased their EB and have a deformed Oring on their vehicle.

I have already asked our manufacture to have the molds modified so the ID is a little smaller though :)

Can you let us know when the new, smaller ones hit the shelf? I'll take one as soon as they do.

That will probably be towards the end of the year or early next year. Between now and then we will be offering new MAF sensor Orings for those with old deformed ones.

Quirt, I just sent an email to the sales department about a replacement o-ring for my MAF sensor. I noticed when I installed the Eco-Block in my 2009 Tacoma that the seal between the MAF sensor and the EB was a little loose. At the time I didn't think anything of it but now that I've had the EB installed for 10+ tanks of gas and I'm only seeing a very marginal MPG increase I'm wondering if I don't have a small leak due to the old o-ring. I haven't seen the CEL come on yet but either way I figure it can't hurt to replace it.

When installing mine I felt the I ring fit fairly loose. Are these new orings fitting better?

The new MAF sensor Oring fits very snug and might need some lube to install it properly.

Thanks for the kind words! Crawford has built it's reputation with happy customers, no reason to change that now.

Quirt - I've got a '99 Legacy outback - I looked on your application charts but you only list the Outback to 2004 - I'm interested in this for both the Subaru and my '03 tacoma (which looks like it would be a Q1 for the tacoma) Thanks!

Your 99 Legacy is too early to have a removable MAF sensor, that is the reason it is not listed ;)

    You are welcome :)

You should be able to hold the Eco Block and turn it upside down without the sensor falling out, if it does then the oring is not sealing properly.
