I'm just doing front as well locker wise. But gears both front and rear. To save time I should have just ordered the prebuilt. I save a bit of money doing everything myself, about $1200.

(1) Nitro 4.56 front ring and pinion $299
(1) Nitro 4.56 rear ring and pinion $225
(1) Nitro master setup kit front $349

(1) Nitro rear solid pinion spacer $55
(1) 80w90 GL5 Gear oil $40

Total parts: $3097 + tax.

Labor:

Remove and reinstall (R&R) front diff $250
Setup front diff with ARB, 4.56, all new bearings $375
R&R rear diff $175
Setup rear diff with ARB, 4.56, all new bearings $275

Total Labor $1075


dont forget to factor in the arb air compressor or some compressor.

 

Don't forget about the "playground". I've seen shit get broken there

Ok I stood on my stock bumper this afternoon and lost about 1/4". Gonna rock the Demello with 885s for the short term. You guys don't mind helping me do a dirt install Friday eve or sat morning?

And I'm getting pretty damn excited! Gonna miss the shit outta my little one, but it'll be nice to get away also.

All my bearings were good enough to reuse as well, saved on only having to buy minor install kits. About 80 each instead of 2-300. I also did solid spacer front and rear.

So I wasn't planning on front locker and the shop I was going through was gonna be $800 for the install on fromt and rear. I woukdnt need the master install kits or solid spacers. Total out the door price for me was gonna be like $1500
