Have been experiencing some cluster and headlight flickering at random so opened the hood. The wires going to the batter terminals have formed some rust so probably a bad connection. Had the battery terminals that clamped the wires down. Bought some new wingnut style terminals and used ring terminals on all the wires. Hopefully this works. Could my alternator be on the brink? I have 166k on the stock one.

If this wasn't my work truck as well as my fun truck it would be a lot cleaner inside. Today I just started slapping the drivers seat when I got out and it was puffin out dust like no other. I've been meaning to have someone in town detail it but just haven't got around to it. I worked at a friend's body shop for a year detailing vehicles but I'm too lazy to do it myself...if I had a strong air compressor I would go to town on the interior in a heartbeat! lol

Lol maybe I'll just come and take all the easy paths and go slow. I might try some Lucas power steering stop leak or whatever.. We'll see.

    Hahah

If the lucas steering stuff works in stopping the leak you should be OK at least from anything from a major break in steering. Also it'll be a good temporarily fix till you get back from wheeling. Sometimes you need some fun to start and finish a pita job. And like you said take some easier trails or take it a bit slower than usual on tougher trails. :) have fun buddy lol

They've changed a lot too to keep up with the times. You can still get the old style kind with the zenon bulbs or whatever. But I have long since updated to a Mini Mag LED Pro like this one. Although the price is way too high, I only paid $19.95 for mine at Ace Hardware. I've also upgraded the old zenon bulb in my big 2 D-Cell Mag to LED as well. They are good, tough flashligts and USA made which is why I buy them.

I like mine alot but it sometimes can be a pain in the ass. Not sure if there is a bad connection or what but it flickers/turns off sometimes.

I bought a cheap small LED flashlight from Autozone. $2.50. Fully water proof and high impact rating.

Bright as all get-out and super reliable so far.
