Honestly this seems like a better route to go since this current mag light has been seriously disappointing. Get a bunch of cheapos that are more reliable.

The one I bought is made by Police Security and it's called The Covert.

Tiny, fits in my center console easily and like I said... reliable. Only takes one AA battery.

Damn, what a waste... Stupid mag light lol. Oh well..

I need some input on this noise from my rear passenger wheel. When I was installing my u bolt flip I noticed it. This is basically me shaking the truck by holding the leaf, it was only happening on the passenger side not the driver. Seemed like it was coming from around/inside the drum

I would say corrosion was your culprit. Make sure all the cable ends are clean and free of rust, and have your ring terminals properly connected to the cables. You should be fine. If it continues to rust, it may be time for a cable set....

So that noise is coming from your drum? By you rocking side to side on the leaf there, you are creating lateral force on the wheel and drum. Since the brakes are connected to the axle, what you MIGHT be hearing is the drum shifting against the brake shoes, or moving the shoes enough to cause them to shift. I would recommend auto-adjusting your rear brakes by doing multiple hard stops in reverse. (almost to the point of locking up the brakes) and then retest your leaf spring wiggle.

I have a Fenix and also a NiteCore LED flashlight. They are only like 1" diameter and 6" long but they put most of the mag lites to shame and run for 1.5 hours at 1000 lumens.

Edit: mag lites still have a place tho. My buddy drives for UPS and they aren't allowed to carry anything like a weapon so I got him a 6D battery mag lite for a dog beater.

Lol It might flash on and off a little though.. I can't even tap mine or shake it much without the light cutting out a bit.
