I have a 2015 TRD 4x4 OR- just wondering what the best adjustment is to be able to hold additional weight in truck bed without excessive sagging and hitting bump stops- I normally at the most haul up to 500 lbs in bed and would like to know the best option without voiding my warranty or creating other problems.

A progressive add a leaf such as Icon on wheelers will help a little bit ($170-220) , Dakar full leaf pack ($500), or air bags

Someone school me, is this really needed for such a low amount of weight?

I have a 10 OR with the junky 3 leaf stock springs and I can easily carry 500+ with 2 dirt bikes and gear and it rides fine. A little nicer after I got 5100 rear shocks

The simplest and cheapest way is to add a helper. I used the 2000lb hellwig EZ-990 for the TRD 4x4. They come with everything you need and can be installed in around an hour both sides with standard tools.

Any concerns of spacing on the driver side near the gas tank and brake line? Happen to have any pics? Read somewhere some bending of things and what not are required. Im considering the same solution as im on the non-TSB 3pac.

I got the Wheeler's 3 Leaf Progressive AAL shipped to my door for $156, and it carries 500 lbs easy on my stock 3 leaf pack (2+1 overload). Rides well unloaded, which is the best part.
