Just installed the Front Runner Rack yesterday. I am loving the low profile.

Nailed it!!! Looks like a clone of a few on here...;) That Rigid E2 is badass as well. Btw...you got any close up pics of the Duallys mounted behind the Rack? I can't tell if they're rack or roof mounted. Just curious:)

Josh...no wind noise with the wind deflectors that come with the rack. I have the exact same setup...even the light bar...:D The wiring for the front light bar can come up from under the hood along the front windshield in the groove and held in place with a few beads of silicone.

    No drilling required...

Edit: some pics of my previous light bar with the cable run up to the light

I've always liked these racks, but I was always concerned with wind noise. Good to hear they aren't noisy. Thanks for the heads up. What distributor did you go through?

Yeah...I was worried as well, but the thing is silent! The wind deflector design is spot on! The utility of this rack is amazing as you can see from the Front Runner site. They have everything you can imagine for the racks...and then some...:p

I went through Satin Pelfrey, Pelfreybilt Pres. She's my one stop shop for most things. I have also ordered Front Runner direct online and they are outstanding as well. Their packing/packaging is some of the best I have ever seen from a company. Highly recommend Front Runner!!

Sweet! Thanks bro. I see an order being placed in the near future! It's good to hear reviews from members who have have/had the product on their rigs. Nice truck by the way.

It's just the regular E, but certainly does the job still. I mounted the duallys on the lower half in the rear. I just drilled straight through the rack.

Hey Peter good job. Truck looks awesome. Can you tell me how much the rack itsef extends beyond the rail? 1 or 2 inch overhang. More, less?
    Appreciate your time.
    Thanks in advance, Matt

How are you guys securing the wires to the rack. I feel like zip ties are looking a little crappy.

Wires. I drilled through my roof and mine are real close to the side of the rack.

Get some of the 3m command strips.

I already have the wires drilled and ran through my roof. I just need to secure them to the rack. What are these command strips you speak of? I looked it up and all I see is what people use to hang stuff on walls.

    Edit:

    Ordered these

Exactly those. There are some black ones that hold up great in the weather. Or you could get a couple bolts for the track, with nuts, and use some pliable metal wire ties to secure them under there. Loomed of course.

They make a special Zip Tie that has an eye for a bolt to pass through it. You can stick your bolts in the bottom channel under the slats and then secure the cable tightly underneath with the hidden zip ties. I can throw up some pics later today. It's pretty clean and out of site for the most part.
