I just got 35's on the truck and now I need gears, any recommendations on a good local shop? I've been referred to The Rear End and they have good prices.

Ok my dad and I are trying to figure out what truck to buy for our company, its a plumbing company and the truck would be used for hauling dump runs and large things like bathtubs/water heaters etc.. Our budget is around 20k.

I was thinking a 05-10 tundra. what do you guys think??

Obviously the less we spend the better.

That was the other thing i was thinking besides a tundra, except my dad wants to put the company logo on it and make it look "decent.."

He said the oldest he would go is 05

    ...too much shit to list.
05-06 Tundra. Last of the first gens. Has full size bed even with double cab, and the only two years with VVT-i and 5 speed auto. Leaves a little bit to be desired when towing large loads (6000 lbs +) but still does the job.

Are you in santa rosa? I just called and spoke with them yesterday about doing gears. Also getting a price from 4wheelparts. Although i don't always trust there installation, I know a guy there and trust him!

Was at night I was like a kid driving through the area. "Oh I'm getting spotted for sure" then go home and keep hitting refresh to nothing.

hey guys. i created a post, but thought id get more views here.

would you guys recommend taking the 299 or the 36 from eureka area back to sacramento?

google maps is telling me to take the 299 but it looks like it would be the tougher drive compared to the 36.
