    Then why did they suspend Torres for that marginal hit on Hossa for several games? Subban should of received a similar suspension IMHO, a few games less because Subban isn't a repeat offender but it's a similar situation.

    Torres didn't go for the headshot. He left his skates, which is a penalty, and Hossa had his head down.

    Anyways my point is that Subban did something retarded, hurt a key player on the Sens, and the league should step up to show accountability. I don't mind if you disagree, that's just my opinion.

    Torres left his feet AND the primary point of contact was the head AND Torres was a multiple repeat offender

    Sometimes the call on the ice is enough , 5 and a game was determined to be the correct punishment by the league , the fact that Stone returned to the game and that Subban is not a repeat offender for this type of play would also factor into the decision
