My fist Tacoma may be a 2016

I've had a 2007 Tundra Limited since 2011. Fantastic truck.

I'm pretty sure I'll be downsizing to a Tacoma Limited in September when the 2016 lands.

How may of you here went from a Tundra to a Tacoma?

 

I've got a Tacoma and thinking about upsizing to a Tundra once I graduate college. Great trucks, both of them!

 

Went from Tundras to Tacoma in 2012, had 3 2nd Gen Tundras, great truck, just bigger than I needed or wanted at the end. Just wanted to punch a smaller hole in the air.

 

Hello neighbor. I'm near Tampa.

 

Only about an hour from Tampa, get that truck, hit some trails.

 

I have owed a 1989 Toyota Pickup, 1995 Tacoma, 1999 Tacoma, 2003 Tundra, and a 2010 Tundra and traded my 2010 Tundra for my 2011 Tacoma in 2011 and still don't regret it at all. My 2011 Tacoma is perfect for me.

 

I'm not waiting for the 2016's. Ordered my 2015 last week. If I really like the 2016, I will get one in a couple of years.

 

I test drove the 2015 last week, was ready to get serious until I saw the 2016. I like the new 2016 wheel arch molding far better and the new gadgets/interior in the 2016 Limited are nice.

 

I also had a 2007 Tundra(SR5).Great truck but had to sell it for financial reasons in 2009.Drove motorcycles for a few years before i purchased a brand new 2012 Tacoma.Love my 2012 Tacoma!

 

If you prefer the 2016, by all means go for it. I'm sure it will be a nice truck. The only down side would be that it's a first year run truck. They'll probably have some quirks to work out.
