    Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
    Get used to it. Sometimes, there are things that haven't been met either by the buyer or seller. I would recommend getting with your agent and your mortgage broker to find out what is holding things up. No reason to be pissed, sometimes it is for the better (like they are fixing the house up if inspection noted things)

    This happened to my brother many years ago only he was on the other side of this scenario as the seller. Unfortunately for him he had to go through the process with three separate buyers until finally they were advised to just walk away. It was humiliating, and frustrating for him in every regard. Every time it came down to a lapse in proper paperwork on the part of the bank that own the mortage and each time it happened the buyer walked away thinking it was a problem with the house.

    We had issues like that with our first house too but were patient and it all ended up working out in the end.

    And I actually don't park in the garage :( with the bumpers on I'm too long by about 6 inches:spy: #thatswhatshesaid So I can't park there. So she stays outside.

    There's water leaks now that the utilities are on and evidence of mold. May only be surface mold, but I'm getting my inspector back in there Sunday to find out. I can't even close until the utilities are all on but I can't leave the water on with the leaks.
