what AAL do you have. i was thinking about it because i tow my boat often, and i've towed other heavy loads, never had any bed sag but i was thinking about getting the aal just to take some of the pressure off. But how does it affect your daily driving? i've heard it makes a stiffer ride? if i haven't experienced any bed sage with nearly 6500lbs should i not worry about aal?

This is one thing that I tow, it is a grain wagon. I fill it with corn and store in in the wagon while I feed wildlife from it. I normally fill it with about 120 bushells of corn, corn weighs 56 pounds per bushell. When it is full it weighs just over 7000 pounds. I also tow a 14'x7' enclosed motorcycle trailer. I will post a picture of it after I take one of it.

ask and ye shall receive.. thanks for the Vid. Not exactly pulling up a mountain but impressive none the less. Are you using Timbrens?

He's got air bags (plus a very well 'tuned' engine and gears). That may not be a mountain, but I have seen him pull it through a lot of veeerrrry soft sand.

It's funny that you mention it. It does look sketchy but that is the only way to get the truck & trailer in to the back yard so that I can close the double gate. I only do that for those early morning departures so that I don't have to worry about leaving the bike out front all night.

Towed this from Vegas to Mt. Zion, Utah round trip. Going there w/ zero wind I was able to maintain 65-75mph. On the way home 40-50mph head wind. I could barely keep 65mph. I actually had to push the accelerator down some steep grades. At one point I only went 80 miles on one tank of gas. I had to drive in 3(auto) at 4.5K just to get up some of the hills. Poor little taco was screaming.
The rear is sagging because I took the WD off to level the trailer.
