There's no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing.

I wouldn't want to run that trail in the snow, unless you don't care about the body damage and count less Recovery's. There's a few places that could be really crazy if there is snow.

Clear skies would be nice but it's really fun camping in the rain. There should also be other trails out there that are easier if the weather is really that bad.

Johny you are one down wheeling machine. I'm not ready to run that trail in wet weather. It could be dangerous if its two wet.

I'll heed wise advice, we'll see. If it is too gnarly I'll be smart and walk away but thinkin b it will be ok. Wet I don't think will be bad but snow and ice could be a killer.

It looks like thru. Is the last of the wet weather so we should be good. I didn't see any other trails up there last time if its a no go. Do you have a back up plan?

Me and Bawlsdeep was doing Gold Lake this same weekend. Not to many takers as it was some what a last minute setup.

If anyone is hesitant on doing Slick Rock and wishes to join up north, let me know. If all fails on our side, I will be going on your run.

Looking good for slick rock, hopefully you can make it out! If not, gold lake is nice too. I'm sure there will be gold lake trips this summer too!
