I guess it comes down to cost then between the two. My current wheels are 16's but I could be persuaded into new wheels too. Theses are getting pretty beat up

Not sure what others had to do with stock flares but I had to gut the bottom of my Bushwackers on the front to avoid rubbing. With the axle relocation plate in the rear they rub when fully stuffed but not terrible. Without the relocation plate the rubbed pretty bad on the front of the flare

You'll have to loose the flares. If you want to be able to stuff the tires

I think I would be ok with that. I like the way Jimmy's truck looks without them - Bayareataco

For me it's function over form. I have 4.5 glass fronts and had to cut them to fit tires at full stuff and lock..

You will be happy with how your truck goes off road with 35's. Bigger tires make smaller obstacles.
I need to my SAS going and get my truck on some 40's

x2. It was a long weekend of work but totally worth it. Now I wish I did more carnage and went with 37's.....guess I'll have to wait for SAS too

Used the info here to tub the firewall on my first gen Tundra to fit 35s with no lift.

Currently set up with just 2" lift from my Camburg/King coilovers and Camburg uniball UCAs, with no rubbing at full compression and full lock. Thanks TW.
