    Sorry, I came off harsh. Call it a pet peave of mine that Agrology exists here in the form it does. Anyways, the long and short of it is that professional agrology does include reclamation work in Alberta under code of law.

    Vancouver gas has both a transit tax and BC's carbon tax

    So does the CRD but the transit tax is less

    Yup, you have to drive out to Abbotsford or Mission to escape the Transit Tax. I always fill up the Truck when I'm visiting family out that way. Which makes quite the difference.

    I don't know the Island to well but It looks like Malahat is the closest you can get to the CRD without paying their transit tax?

    Correct me if I'm wrong, because this is purely off memory, but wasn't Wild Rose way ahead around this point last election?

    Then everyone freaked that WR had a shot and panic voted PC back in haha. I'd probably expect the same again this time.

    Yup, that is roughly what happened. Wildrose wasn't that far ahead if I remember correctly but enough to drive the liberal vote to the PC's.

    There has been a housing bubble concern for about 10 years now , doesn't ever seem to materialize

    It'll happen once young people can't afford the homes. That will likely happen if and when bank mortgage rates increase a few percent.

    Rates wont go up for a long LONG time. Economy will dump before then, which will correct the houses a bit, but most houses retain value based on land too IMO so I dont see it happening. I wish it would though, I have almost 100k ready and willing to blow like theres no tomorrow and I'll buy buy buy!
