2015 Formula 1 Season Paddock

Going to be moving this weekend and don't know if the cable is going to be hooked up in time. May leave my cable box in the old place to record and then bring it home Sunday night. Now lets see if I can get through the weekend with out any spoilers. Must stay away from TW F1 paddock

 

Just watched FP2

Alonso stated earlier in the day that this weekend would mark the end of McLaren not fighting for points and his car was only 1.5 seconds of the ultimate pace in FP2

Looks encouraging

 

Button's car was in and out of the garage the entire session though.

 

Just watched Qualifying , setting up good for an interesting first lap and race

 

I agree. Im thinking its going to pan out to be a good race up front.

It's all posturing

For example , if he wants to renegotiate a deal with Monza , he'll start off by saying the race will definitely be off the calender and then go from there

Same thing with the Canadian GP when they didn't run it for a year cause he let the deal lapse in order to sign an even better deal the next year

Same thing with reverting to V8's , now he's fine with staying with the engines that are " destroying the sport and turning fans away "

Great race! Hamilton is in. the. zone. If Vettel hadn't cracked the Ferraris may have pushed Rosberg off the podium altogether. Great technical recovery by the Ferrari organization, great race strategy too. And the drivers both sound really positive. Watch out Mercedes.

Massa did well to recover as far as he did with a damaged car. Ricciardo has scored points in every race. Alonso was mixing it up with the middle pack folks, which had to feel good to him. I have a feeling McLaren is on a long, slow roll back to the front of the grid.

Looks like if mclarens new upgrade package is good for about a second per lap they may be in the hunt.
