How easy is it to unbolt it? Maybe an hour or two? I'm curious on how much time he saved by doing this and now that part is scrap.

Yep! But I have the stock one from my 4Runner in my garage

Easy as hell but not gonna do it in the rain.

I still have the sway bar from my 4Runner, which is the exact same... So no loss for me

15 minutes if that, but that requires me to remove the skid and I don't feel like laying on the wet driveway to do it.

 

Long enough for alex to get bored and reach for a cutting tool, apparently.

Nice. Seeing old 2wd reg cab rigs like that make me nostalgic for my POS '87 Nissan. Loved that truck to death, and still kick myself for selling it. Mostly because it's been long enough that my memory has glossed over all of the things about it that drove me crazy at the time.

Like repairing rust in the body and fresh cracks/scrapes on my whitewater canoe at the same time...with the same tin of fiberglass....

 

Haha. It was my uncle's so it also has nostalgic value.
