    As far as the fender flares, do they come down lower than the actual metal fender behind them? Or are they close to the same length?

    Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
    Yes. If you cut the same amount from the fender and the flare the flare will hang lower than the fender.

    So what is the ideal backspaced wheel that won't rub a dub dub (no wheel spacers)? ..for 35's; aftermarket UCA's; and the assumed 17" wheel. I thought I saw it mentioned buried somewhere in this epic thread but sheesh I can't find it again...

    Just go to autozone and get three packs of it there. And about 6 tubes of superglue (lowes had a 10 pack).

    Get the continuous length stuff, much nicer. I didn't glue mine, will just replace it if it falls off.

    which wheel do yall think will work better. To be sure I will clear the spindles and the UCA's.

    1. 16x8 SCS F5 with 3.50" BS and -25mm offset
    ORRRR
    2. 16x8 SCS SR8 4.00" BS and -12mm offset

    Want to make sure I don't have to run wheel spacers

    I went with the SCS Stealth 6 at 4.3BS I believe they are. No rubbing on spindle or UCA

    That's what I got but it took 2 1/2 packs to make it all the way around the truck. I did fender and flare both for a more oem look. I superglued the fronts look great backs have already started falling off from the winter salt and what not.
