Got the spindles in the mail. put one on and seems to be where I need it to be.

My Icon Billet UCA's are sealed on one of the Heim joints. I spent 2 hours messing with them. Brake cleaner, No go. PB Blaster, not at all. I moved the helm about 3º. Decided to reassemble and keep spraying with PB Blaster every time I go outside. BOTH SIDES.

Replaced Passenger side UCA UniBall. What do you know, it was seized in there. No impact could do the work I needed. Had to jump on the moto and go to a buddies shop for access to the bearing press. Made a deal with him and bringing the other one to him on Wednesday Morning.

TC Race Lowers will be in Wednesday morning. I plan on painting them BLACK and baking them before I put them on. The colors they use are UGLY. Its like red bull. You like it, or you think you do, but really it is disgusting. So Satin Black, Matching the color Scheme of the truck, Might do some quick lettering for them in Gloss or Flat Black. That way it pops at you only if you are looking at it.

Speaking of Color. IF I Can find a local guy that does anodizing on aluminum. Might have him do the ICON Billet Uppers in Black for me too. Thats a project for down the road.

    Michael,

Thank you so much for all your help and for letting us display your truck in our booth during the Overland Expo West!

Such a great surprise to see a loyal customer and TW member from so far away show up!

We received great feedback on your build and also your willingness to chat with everyone about it was incredible.

    Thank you again!

Hey man, your truck is looking great. I didn't read all the way through your thread, but was the new frame b/c of the recall? I've got my letter sitting on my dresser but haven't gone in to get my frame inspected yet. I should probably get on that. Been awhile since I've posted on here. Life's been crazy the last couple years. Haven't done too much to the truck recently b/c the fiancée and I bought a house out in the woods between Manassas and Woodbridge.....and all my money is going into house repairs lol just been doing all the regular maintenance....anyway, your truck looks frickn epic as always. Maybe one day mine will be 1/4 the awesomeness yours is. Take care.

Hey brotha, first off I wanna say you have an awesome build here. Also very cool to see you and your kids having such a good time in the pictures on the last page.

The other thing I wanted to ask you was how do you like your airflow snorkel? Just ordered one and it should be coming in this week. I'm super stoked for it to get here. It looks soooo awesome on your truck, so I'm excited to see what it's gonna look like on mine.

Yeah that's mine, I debated on the tigershark but went with engo instead. Both are great winches though.
