So did John Tortorella. They sure did great on the PK and defensive situations for him.

They are game breaking star players in the offensive end. They aren't a go to player for defensive situations. Hence why I say they are not 200 foot players.

 

About time they started cleaning house in the Northern Shitshow.

 

They are good all round 5 on 5 , they aren't penalty killers , which is pretty typical of most top line forwards in the league

 

Typical is exactly the word I would use for the Sedins on the defensive side of the game. Hence the reason I don't stick them in the company of elite all around players like Toews, Tavares, Crosby, Getzlaf, Kopitar, etc. You know, players who are superstars no matter what situation you throw them in. That's what I'm saying, the Sedins are great superstar offensive players but not 200 foot superstars.

Speaking of hockey trash talk, so the Leafs NHL team starts off hot and then ends up near last place. All while the farm team starts at the bottom and ends up pulling off a great last half to make the playoffs.

At least it sounds like the kids down in the AHL get what to do to win .

I think theres gonna be a few. Pretty much all the remaining series have the potential, minus the Rags-Pens I think.

Its pretty clear when they've scored first and shut down Tarasenko they've been much better off overall.
