Truck is currently getting returned to stock to trade in for a 4x4!
It's actually not so bad! The majority of the bolts go into existing bolt holes. Have some patience, Jerry is a busy guy, and these are well worth the wait.

Hell yes! If we can make this happen we'll be one of a few guys rocking these sliders on the island. Haven't seen another truck around here with anything but factory OEM steps.

I have a neighbor with a black Taco Pro with Nfab side steps. He could definetly make the step up to these sliders!!!

Oh no, the wait is over!! They are already sitting in the garage ;)

I'm just painting right now and installing this weekend. Which by the way, for all you guys shipping unpainted and painting at home.... It seriously might be worth having a paint shop blast it for you and then paint at home (within an hour or so). There are a shit ton of welds to brush, and lots of tight places to get in and sand after washing (light surface rust after washing that needs sanded off).

Ok, definitely going to need help on this. Currently sitting under the truck staring at a bunch of random bolts/nuts. I'm assuming the square steel pieces are spacers, but under which bolts?

I also have brake lines through some of the slots that look like bolts and intended for. 0dcd85e0e100482824cf05a1aa5cae3a_84480cfedd7931cbdc31fbe73f759c07011be7d7.jpg5eaab9c3edb0008258a5f236e2213ca2_2530142487590b266c285b1e0555a5b43eb3a160.jpg

Also, if this is the bolt that is supposed to replace the cross arm bolt on the down side, threads are different. Is this where is is supposed to go? Because otherwise the stock bolt is now too short to reach. 842c5fff7a5f3ca3df2b71a96037d494_93091afe98290491c94f5dbdb61fa665ee339c0c.jpg

Ok, I figured out everything above except the brake lines (looks like I'm going to have to move them) and where this piece goes. cffd9669964bb3cc79dbb3096e3a0edd_5a0098e268327a0d8d075a016b94a02fa5e2714a.jpg

Well got them mostly installed besides the bolts that interfere with the brake lines, and one of the driveshaft cross member bolts. The bend is slightly too short to reach the hole. So I'm trying to think of a way to wallow out the hole. A note for installers: the picture above with the steel bar and but, it needs to be put in place BEFORE you install the slider or you will be completely removing the slider after you finished everything..........499e2361534b2c335280fd44408eecad_ebe16a593ad7679ce62ce1cbc0ab51282b4da28f.jpgab161e7dfd3a83933ee51f9b3c52fac2_d26b4c56469e570bede49f7420d978d9f62cb690.jpg2bc40ea53aec4c5b81f8a1fc8efa8b3b_2ce7f370742195c3605b443e60faa83bcc894e40.jpg

The brake lines do need to be moved out of the way of the bolts just light pressure you can bend them with your hands.

Humm that stock bolt should fit it bolted up Every time we bolted them up.

    What bend is too short?

I ended up getting one of the stock bolts screwed in. On the other side, it is about 3mm overlap over the hole to screw in. So I'm trying to find a way to get it in.

That's super weird! During our mock up, all of the bolts lined up PERFECTLY. I was super surprised as usually theirs always that one bolt that's off by a hair! I would suggest loosening everything and just putting all the bolts in a couple threads enough to hold the sliders up but not enough to lock them in place. Should give you just enough wiggle room to screw everything in!

Yes that's right. I'll snap a pic tomorrow. I'm going to try and c-clamp it and use the jack to flatten it out a little more to get it to align.

They're super badass though. Definitely solid on the one side that I have 100% bolted up!!! Glad I waited!
