Oh, my... can't wait to start my own Canadian Pro thread.

I'm gonna wrap mine in tin foil.

    We'll see where that goes.

    OP posted here.

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/370054-trd-pro-3.html

Probably best to let this one be done boys. I never was trying to insult OP for his decision. Like others have said he probably is a little young with a little bit of money and made the same sort of choices many of us have had to learn from. Call it a Tacomaworld lesson.

Best of luck OP. I hope whatever is going on with your family medically, and otherwise, works out for the best.

Me either I never should of started the other thread about him selling it. To each their own right? I could get just as much shit about using Alpine speakers in my current audio build. Most people think they are garbage or low budget. My money my choice, his money his choice. So O.P I apologize for being one of the dicks you were referring to bashing your build.

You should be. All of you have no control over what people do. You DO have to accept it. Don't have to like it.

I think it's cool that you said that you where sorry, lecture over, sorry for the rant.

hang on a sec... why are you aplogizing for your discussion? you posted a link to a tacoma on ebay. how is that different than ANY of the 6000 threads started that reference ebay, parts, tacomas, accessories... there are pros, cons, likes and dislikes posted about each. and yes its no different than me calling your crappy speakers crappy :) the next guy will come and dry hump your alpines. at the end of the day we are all toyota owners, giving a worthless option for the sake of sharing thoughts. its not like its off topic either.

fact is, if you post, you open yourself up to both sides of the coin. all of us do. it just part of life. i take beatings and i def dont take it personally, no one else should... lots of sensitivity training around here as of late.

I apologized because I could have just shared the Ebay sale ad, but I went on to add the negative saran wrap comment with it. And then people followed on their own accord though. Which in turn turned it into a Bashing Thread.

I appreciate the few of you with the decency to apologize, it was taken very well and accepted. The stereo got removed yesterday, the new owner will be getting a free "saran wrap" job, and I'll be trading in the truck (which I'm getting 35k trade in btw) on a 2015 VW Golf. When I get a chance to save up a down payment again, I will be getting another Tacoma, but maybe a TRD Sport cause I didn't realize how small the bed is on a DCSB. In the mean time this Saturday is my last weekend with the truck, anybody in Colorado know of the best spot to put the truck through its paces without large boulders to damage the truck? I was thinking the slaughterhouse gulch however I've never driven it before, or hell, does anyone want to go with?

everyone gets all sensitive. ive sold cars for epic losses, and i own a vehicle that's covered in clear wrap! just that sometimes things around here can really get adrift from whats real and whats not.

i just want more red bar too :(

Finally caught up on this thread....

Won't comment too much. Just wish OP best of luck and hopefully you'll be back and do as you will with your truck.

    Hope it all worked out.

I think it was a good lesson for him (and maybe some others on here) unfortunately expensive but you have to make mistakes to learn right :notsure:

It's appears OP may have traded for a VW. Found this. Don't see too many that are debadged with black tail lights.

Makes sense. The OP has had Audi's in the past. Maybe they cut him a deal to get him into something with four rings on it again.
