    I did another inspection and decided that I was willing to tackle the project. The mold is only surface mold probably due to it being so humid for 9 months with no airflow. I fixed the water pipe and now everything is good. I'm completely remodeling the main floor bathroom right now where the mold was found starting with cement board so no mold will grow again, painting every room and putting in new carpet, and I need to get appliances before I can officially move in. My boss gave me a raise as a housewarming gift, so I have some more money to spend and make it nice.

    because people are lazy and they just want the fastest means to upload a pic to their gallery/albums here. that's why i suggested that we find a way to make FAT posts bypass live and go straight to the user's album.
    if you want to post ONE pic of your new shocks, great! if you want to post twenty of them from various angles, I don't care! I don't want to be scrolling through pic after pic of the same thing. most times, if I'm on my phone, i tend to ignore live because I know it will just eat up my data allotment with pics I don't care to see.
