replaced my 08 reg cab's tired 3 leaf packs with fresh 2012 4 packs with 5k miles or less on them. got .75 lift vs. the old ones. much sturdier and quieter. added steel tailgate reinforcement panel. mounted hi-lift to bed rail with allpro mounts and locking knobs cable locked to d-ring. ordered bully tool fg handle shovel and relentlessfab quickfist bedrail mounts. LR UCAs / alignment have moved to top of to do list of projects waiting to get done.......on the truck. Got car and bike projects backed up too.

Congrats! I hate to be that guy but you might want to check the angle of that car seat. The back angle looks very steep for a new born. If his head slumps forward he can suffocate himself. It "looks" like it needs a pad underneath so the baby lays more horizontal.

Lol swap the baby and driver. Quite the horizontal lay in that driver seat.

Well, I picked up the broken pieces to my taillight. I came home from walking the dog and discovered it broken. Wondering what happened and a bit pissed off thinking someone did it maliciously, I went in the house. A minute later, a neighbor came over and told me it was a couple kids on bikes. One of them hit it on accident.

So...I need to buy a new one. Any recommendations on cool after-market taillights?

Check with the local police department. They should have a certified car seat installer. I'm not one, but I know for certain size car seats (possibly rear facing) they use pool noodles for the install. BTW- congrats on the best mode ever!

I broke a tail light a few months back and went with the black depo lights for replacements. I like them. There's pics in my build thread if you want some more

It has been checked out and deemed properly set up by a certified installer (coincidentally my landlord/neighbor was due within 4 days of my wife so they went together), however I could get a second opinion, safety first of course. I believe it is more flat than it looks, but appreciate the concern.
