    I don't know. i asked what the site was and he said he wasn't at liberty to discuss it. He then asked for my terms of agreement and fees.

    Its guy from Expedition Portal that messaged me. Im not sure how to reply to that...

    he wants a image that has my truck in and Marcs at shoshone lake. He said he wants it for the site as a stand in till they finish building their own tacoma..

    i know very little about licensing out a photo..

    I know when it comes to commercial usage (which I'm assuming this is) its usually based on some level of traffic (i.e. website hit, number of guests etc...)

    Yes you should write up a contract that binds the agreement. The contract is in place to protect you. You probably could find some templates online
