thanks 00yota! I'm not out of the woods yet though. Went to top off coolant this morning and there was dry crusty coolant spray everywhere. Cleaned it up, held throttle open for a while, didn't see anything. Drove up to Home Depot and checked in the parking lot, coolant dripping on my head from the hood haha! So get it home, hold throttle open again, realize upper plastic tank on radiator is cracked badly. Could have been my issue the whole time and it finally just got worse. So now I need a radiator recommendation. Maybe i should start a new thread for that. thx again guys!

There's some on eBay pretty cheap. But you need to double check your measurements with what is listed. I ended up getting one from O'Reilly after I received the wrong one through eBay. I wouldve returned it but couldn't wait..

    Thanks guys.
Found another post with a link to http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/

Really cool site. You can enter your VIN and it will match parts for you. So I ended up buying part number 16410-0C031 from
    http://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/

It was $200 +38 shipping. NOT cheap but I have to do it myself and want to make sure it will bolt right in.

Ever find a home for that extra bolt? I had one extra when I did mine too, realized a couple days later it was from a little brass wire bracket down near the bottom of the motor in the front. Is it a 10mm? looks just like the one I had

This one's a 12mm. I'll look around when I replace the radiator, thanks for the tip.

Hey glad you got it fixed :) I was watching your video and noticed at around 58 seconds in that the AC belt tension adjustment pulley doesn't appear to be spinning.. is that bearing frozen or am I just not seeing the pulley spin very clearly?

yeah that's the one that wasn't moving at all. It was pretty bad looking. I had to buy a new one but held on to the old one so I can replace the bearing and will have an extra on hand.
